Why do we process your personal data?
We process your personal data for the following purposes. For each purpose, we provide some examples of processing activities:
1. To establish and maintain a relationship with you
If you or the organization you represent wishes to become our client, we require certain personal data from you. The same applies if you or your organization wishes to become our supplier.
If you apply for a job, internship, or any other position with us, we also need your personal data to process your application.
2. To provide advice and carry out marketing activities
In order to serve you and your organization effectively and to provide optimal support in strategic communication, we process personal data for marketing purposes.
For example, we may contact you by phone or email to inform you about our products and services.

With whom do we share your data?
Your personal data may be shared with third parties. For certain activities, we engage contractors or use external systems — for example, digital printers, photographers, or email systems.
We only work with processors that implement appropriate security measures to protect your data and are bound by confidentiality obligations. They are not permitted to use your data for their own marketing purposes.
How do we safeguard your privacy?
Privacy protection is a top priority for us. We have appointed a Privacy Officer who ensures compliance with data protection laws and acts as the central contact point for both the organization and the supervisory authority.
We also have employees responsible for IT security in general and GDPR compliance in particular. All our employees have signed confidentiality agreements, and only employees who require access to your data for their work are authorized to process it.
